When fathers walk in the courtroom, they feel terrified due to the fact that they can walk into a face of controversy inside of the Family Court Room. There are so many people who end up in bad relationships due to the fact that they become worried about getting married that lead to a divorce and a child support battle. Dealing with divorce and a child support battle can lead to legal and financial problems that can make life unfair to battle with.

However, it's important in the courts eyes to believe in reestablishing a connection by ordering a co-parent environment for the child or children if you have more than one.
Modern families today were built around an opposite idea. Where no problems too big or too small that can be built under a hug or a new pair of shoes or sneakers. To our acknowledgements the child support was built upon the bipartisan policy. The bipartisan policy was reformed and designed to serve divorce families who have steady employment. Most people today believe that in today's court it's just based on stereotypes. Which brings the system to be outdated.
Can the core current system fixate on enforcing or just ignore involvement?
Well, as we know the core of this problem with modern child support is that there is too much emphasis on enforcement and ignoring the focus on getting the fathers involved in the child or children's lives more frequently. It's a shame that courts have to create a schedule for a mother or father to see their child or children. This can bring so much animosity within the child. This can bring the child to show so much desperation.
